About Olivia's Wellness Connection
Olivia's Wellness Connection is a wellness ministry . Gail Olivia White-Everett, is the president/founder. Gail has an A.S. in Exercise Science. Gail graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as Certified Health Coach.She is a certified Personal Trainer,Tabata Boot Camp, Weight Management, Pilates, Barre Above, and Older Adults Instructor. Mental health is a huge part of our overall wellness. Gail Olivia has added a certification for a Stress Reduction,
Relaxation, And Meditation Instructor to her array of wellness teaching skills.
In January of 2011, Olivia's Wellness Connection became partners with the YMCA of Princeton.
OWC programs provide awareness and prevention of chronic diseases through healthy lifestyle changes.Every Saturday, Gail Olivia volunteers her wellness program at the Princeton Family YMCA. Gail has 32 years of experience in the world of health and fitness.
Mission Statement: To spread the gospel of Wellness by motivating and educating people from all walks of life to make their health a priority.

Olivia G. White, died at the young age of 48 from a stroke. I dedicate my work
in honor of our mother, to ensure that everyone possible has the chance to
make their health a priority. Our mother Olivia G. White was totally dedicated
cshe did to love and care for all six of us. " I want to give everybody the opportunity
to be healthy that was not available for my mother back in those days.
